- 1
Preheat oven to 275°F (135°C).
- 2
In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- 3
Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
- 4
Place ribs in a large baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- 5
Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.
- 6
Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
- 7
While the ribs are baking, prepare the barbecue sauce. In a medium bowl, whisk together barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
- 8
After 2 hours, remove the ribs from the oven and increase the oven temperature to 325°F (160°C).
- 9
Remove the aluminum foil and brush the ribs generously with the barbecue sauce.
- 10
Return the ribs to the oven and bake for another 30 minutes, or until the sauce is sticky and the ribs are tender.
- 11
Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
