    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

    Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

    In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
